Features
The Waukesha WR60 adjustable pressure relief valve provide external protection to your sanitary positive displacement pump. If the pump discharge pressure exceeds the set cracking pressure, the valve will open to a relief path.
The adjustable-spring actuator allows users to set the desired relief cracking pressure at the valve simply by turning the adjustment screw. And because the valve is air actuated, it can be bypassed completely during CIP without having to over-pressurize the valve or flow path.
- Utilizes standard W60 single seat valve components machined-from bar bodies, and modular design for low cost of ownership.
- Adjustable-spring, maintenance free actuator allows easy setting of desired relief cracking pressure.
- Pneumatic actuator allows simple pump bypass during CIP
- Multiple body styles provide minimal dead-leg relief configurations for efficient cleaning
- WCB control tops available on valve for feedback and automation
- W80 aseptic stem flush adapters available
